Call Jeremiah or Shelley Blackwell to reserve your desired dates. %50 deposit is due to secure the reservation for your vacation. Rent is $135.00USD/night + applicable tax.

Cancellation procedure

If you need to cancel your reservation prior to 7 days of the reservation, you will receive a full refund for your deposit. If by some chance you need to cancel your reservation 7 days or less, your deposit will be forfeit, unless you re-schedule your vacation stay within 4 months of the original reservation.
